LIONS BRED for the BULLET

WILD LIONS are LIKELY to be EXTINCT in the NEXT 10 YEARS!!!

It’s estimated that as few as 15,000 Lions live wild in Africa, however, there are approximately 8,000 Lions in about 200 predator breeding farms in South Africa, bred to be shot by wealthy, thrill-seeking foreign trophy-hunters, in what is known as – Canned Hunting.

You may ask, what is ‘CANNED HUNTING?’ – Canned Hunting is where the target animal is unfairly prevented from escaping the hunter, either by physical constraints such as fencing, or by mental constraints, due to the animal being tamed and habituated to humans.

No animal should have to live in the confinements of its captors, to only exist purely for the purpose of being hunted and shot by trophy hunters, who thrive on the thrill of the kill.

Lion cubs are removed from their mothers a few days after birth, to be then rented out to tourist attractions for ‘pay and play’, with tourists and volunteers believing they are raising orphaned lion cubs. It’s a CONservation CON, with these hand raised cubs never able to be returned to the wild.

Australian Federal MP Jason Wood, worked with For the Love of Wildlife‘s Donalea Patman, campaigning against the horrific, barbaric cruel practice of Canned Hunting and consequently, the Federal Government issued an Australian ban on the importation of  Lion Trophies and Lion Body Parts – A Global First! France, the Netherlands and the US have followed Australia’s lead!
